The use of the website http://www.gamisfaction.com (The web page below) constitutes acceptance of the terms contained in this legal notice and the terms mandated by Twitter, Inc. (hereafter Twitter).
Gamisfaction is a Social Media platform based in an application integrated with the User's Facebook and Twitter accounts wherever he is, through the computer protocol OAuth (Open Authorization). The user will register his accounts allowing the application:
- Read Tweets on your timeline.
- See who you follow and follow new people.
- Update your profile.
- Post Tweets for you.
The purpose of Gamisfaction is to help the user to organize his activity on social networks mentioned above, rewarding those followers who made more mentions and retweets to the aforementioned User, while it facilitates the management of its activities in the social network, or to get more interaction on Facebook.
The website is exclusive property of Gamisfaction. The mark Gamisfaction is duly registered. The text and graphic elements that make up the website, as its presentation and assembly, are exclusively owned by Gamisfaction, without prejudice to any images, logos or trademarks whose rights may correspond to Facebook or Twitter. Reproduction, editing or publishing in part or as a whole, is strictly prohibited without prior consent of Gamisfaction, and these texts and graphic elements can only be used for personal use.
This website is owned by Gamisfaction, S.R.L., with CIF: B-86467297, and registered office at Rascafría street 33, Villaviciosa de Odón, Madrid, 28670. Email contact address is: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Personal data provided by them will be included in a file Gamisfaction registered in the Spanish Agency for Data Protection. The data will be used for the purpose of providing the service offered on the website and managing the participation in it. The goal of this treatment will be managing data internally to provide and evaluate the use of our services and optimize them over time.

The regulations applicable to the website will be the Spanish language interpretation, and the written form of these terms will also be in Spanish. All disputes shall be submitted to the Courts in which that procedural rules are competent.
